7. Two truths and a lie

Two truths and a lie is an excellent way to demonstrate the creativity, sense of humor, and unique personal histories of your team members.

Rules:

Before the meeting, ask each team member to write two truths and one lie about themselves on a piece of paper. These facts should be personal and humorous rather than work-related. During the meeting, have everyone take the set of two truths and one lie and read it out to the whole team. Ask each team member to guess which facts are true and which are false. The person who guesses the most correct answers wins
