6. Two heads are better than one

Organize an activity with your team on the importance of feedback.

Directions:

Divide the team into 3 groups.

Group A brainstorms as many reasons as possible why we might be reluctant to give feedback to someone.

Group B will brainstorm as many things as possible to help them achieve feedback. What can feedback do to help them?

Group C will brainstorm as many things as possible that would make feedback effective.

Give teams 15 minutes to brainstorm, then ask each team to present their ideas. Then discuss these ideas as a team.
