5. Truth prevails

Organize a team meeting for instructive feedback.

During the meeting, the team learns how to provide feedback in an instructive way.

How to provide instructive feedback:

First, someone says what they think is positive about the other person. Then he or she says what he or she can improve. And finally, what he or she wants the other person to do right now to improve on the topic. This way, the other person literally knows what to do with the feedback. Take turns.

After the exercise, you can evaluate the exercise. How easy or difficult was it to act on the given instruction? How was it to think of an action to improve?
